Individual Sessions

Self-Care Coaching and EFT – Virtual

If you are interested in learning simple tools to improve your well-being and self-care, Rhei C. is available virtually for one-to-one sessions. Rhei C. has been working with clients for over 15 years, as well as working in the mind-body field for nearly 30. She shares her intuitive, heart-centered approach to wellness using EFT, EFTA (a variation), Yoga Nidra, mindfulness practice, and movement-based techniques.

These techniques are great tools for deepening self-care and self-healing, letting go of present moment stressors, past events that are upsetting, and fears of the future. They can relieve feelings of sadness, overwhelm and anxiety, help with emotional regulation, and calm the central nervous system. They can also be helpful in setting goals and sticking to them.

While some clients may find it helpful to discuss details of events they wish to release, it is not necessary, and in fact the entire process can be done relatively silently. Rhei C. guides clients to find and learn their own personal tools to implement in their daily life.

This is not formal counseling, and as such insurance is not accepted. A sliding scale is available.

Simple Self-Care Workshop

In this interactive workshop, Rhei C. introduces simple and short practices to relieve feelings of sadness, overwhelm and anxiety, help with emotional regulation, and calm the central nervous system.

Participants will learn open and closed mindfulness, and several adaptations of EFT (known as tapping). This interactive workshop will conclude with a short Yoga Nidra session.

Release, Receive, Renew Talk & Workshop

In this keynote and workshop, Rhei C. will walk participants through the EFT choices technique, and a variation on EFT called EFTA developed by Dr. Henry Grayson. In addition, participants will be taught methods of muscle testing to identify hidden barriers and target areas for clearing.

The workshop will conclude with an overview and guided session of Yoga Nidra. Participants will use this process to release old patterns, welcome new intentions, and renew their energy.

EFT, also known as tapping or psychological acupressure, involves tapping specific points on the body, primarily on the head and the face, in a particular sequence.

While doing this, the person focuses on the issue that they wish to treat. EFT is evidence based, and the research indicates that it is effective in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and pain.

As with acupuncture and acupressure, tapping involves the body’s energy meridian points, which are a concept in Chinese medicine. Tapping on these meridian points with the fingertips can restore the balance of energy to resolve physical and emotional issues.

Tapping can also work in a similar way to mindfulness, as it can draw a person’s attention to their body and breathing. It may serve as a mental distraction from the issues that are causing anxiety or stress.
